The state referral hospital and the busiest in Negeri Sembilan. Waiting times can be long and the signage is mostly in Bahasa Malaysia — this is where a companion earns their keep.

Open 24 hours and the first acute care hospital Columbia Asia opened, back in 1999. A major expansion broke ground recently, with the new building due around 2028. English is widely spoken here.

Part of the KPJ Healthcare network, which handles a large share of Malaysia's international patients and has established medical travel desks across the group.
Specialties: Renal medicine and haemodialysis, general medicine, surgery
Long established in Seremban and particularly well known for renal and dialysis care. A practical option for visitors who need holiday dialysis while they are here.

Grew out of the Negeri Sembilan Chinese Maternity Hospital and still has a strong maternity reputation locally. Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien are spoken here.

The closest private hospital to KLIA — about 25 minutes. Worth knowing about if you land tired and want your first consultation before travelling further.
